The Barracks/Rugby Neighborhood is a combination of the smaller neighborhoods Rugby, Greenleaf, Kellytown, and Barracks Road. [1] Each has a slightly different housing types. These areas became part of the City of Charlottesville between 1916 and 1963. [1]
