Barbara Massie Mouly is a former member of the Albemarle County School Board, representing the White Hall Magisterial District. She is a 1967 graduate of Albemarle High School. She was named Vice Chair of the School Board in January 2014. She did not seek reelection in 2015.

Mouly has run three times successfully for the White Hall seat on the school board. [1] However, she will not seek a fourth term. [2]
