Barbara Massie Mouly serves on the Albemarle County School Board, representing the White Hall Magisterial District. She is a 1967 graduate of Albemarle High School. She was named Vice Chair of the School Board in January 2014.

Mouly has twice run successfully for the White Hall seat on the school board. She will be a candidate again in 2011. [1]
