Bailey Park is a one-third acre park located at the intersection of the U.S. 250 Bypass and Hillcrest Road.
The land was donated to the city in 1979 by John Bailey in the memory of his parents, Annie Mae and Tilly Bailey. [1].
The city's comprehensive plan classifies Bailey Park as a 'neighborhood' park[2]
