Anne Hemenway (D) is a member of the Charlottesville Electoral Board and was elected to serve a one-year term as chair, beginning on March 1, 2019. Hemenway is a Board member of the Lewis and Clark Exploratory Center. She has also served as president of both the North Downtown Neighborhood Association and the Burnley-Moran Elementary School PTO. Hemenway is a Senior Research Attorney for the National Legal Research Group, Inc.[1]
