Anne Hemenway (D) is a member of the Charlottesville Electoral Board and was elected to serve a one-year term as chair, beginning on March 1, 2019. Hemenway is a Board member of the Lewis and Clark Exploratory Center. She has also served as president of both the North Downtown Neighborhood Association and the Burnley Moran Elementary School PTO. Hemenway is a Senior Research Attorney for the National Legal Research Group, Inc.[1]
