Ultra-running

When Jones-Wilkins weighed 250 pounds when he graduated from Hamilton College but lost thirty pounds while biking across the country with his future wife. He took up running after that experience and began to travel longer and longer races. He ran his first 100-mile ultra-marathon in 2000. Despite sustaining several injuries, he hopes to continue the sport well into his sixties. [2]
