Adam Hastings is the principal of Walker Upper Elementary School and a former member of the Charlottesville School Board. [1]

Hastings previously was Dean of Business, Mathematics and Technologies at Piedmont Virginia Community College.[2] From 2011-2014, he was the Director of the Charlottesville Albemarle Technical Education Center.[3]

Hastings was elected to the Charlottesville School Board on November 3, 2015. [4] He resigned from the School Board in March 2018 after moving to Albemarle County with his family.[5]
