3Twenty3 is a nine-story office building at 323 Second Street SE in downtown Charlottesville. The building is 120,000 sq. ft. with 200 parking spaces in a three-story parking garage underneath, and is attached to the Glass Building[1]. In 2016, Oliver Kuttner proposed using this site to construct 233 studio apartments (under the alternative address 201 Garrett St), but his request was rejected by City Council.[2]

A crane collapse on January 6, 2020 halted construction. [3]
