Demolition of storefront

In November 2009, under the ownership of Dr. Joe Gieck and management of Bill Rice, a historic art deco facade on the building was demolished to prepare for a yogurt shop in November 2009 without prior BAR approval. [1] [2]

The case was settled in early 2012 for $16,000 in damages. [3]
