May 25 – The implosion of University Hall, the former home of the University of Virginia’s basketball programs, is set for 10 a.m.[2] Completed in 1965, "U-Hall" (shorthanded nickname for University Hall) was the home court of UVA’s men’s and women’s basketball teams until John Paul Jones Arena opened in 2006.
