WNRN is a non-commercial FM radio station licensed to STU-COMM operating in the Charlottesville market at 91.9 FM. [1]

WNRN is multi-formatted, focusing on Americana, Triple A and Modern Rock. The station debuted on the air in 1996 and is supported by underwriting and listener contributions.

Management issues

In the summer of 2011, radio station Mike Friend was removed from duty as the station's general manager. Friend continued on for a time as the station's engineer. [2]
