Virginia M. Lumpkin

Virginia M. Lumpkin was one of the original owners of Lumpkin's Restaurant and Motel on Route 20 north of Scottsville. She and her husband ran Lee's Restaurant in Scottsville from 1961 to 1970. [1] She died on March 20, 2020.
