Virginia Independent Consumers and Farmers Association

The Virginia Independent Consumers and Farmers Association (VICFA) is an organization that advocates for the deregulation of food industry to support small producers. It was co-founded by the late John Coles, a goat farmer who sought the right to sell milk made from unpasteurized goat's cheese.[1]
