Virginia's Sons of Confederate Veterans is a group that is one of several plaintiffs that sued the Charlottesville City Council in March 2017 over that body's decision to sell and remove the Robert E. Lee Statue in Emancipation Park. [1] [2]


The commander is Anthony M. Griffin.
