Help fleshing this out?

I'm not very good at the tech stuff, but I am trying to come up with a general box I can easily customize for the specifics of a particular plan. My hope is to make old plans come alive by making it easier for people to find the information, and how it all relates together. Desired categories

I want the infobox to have these categories. Every time I get into the code my head begins to hurt. I'm going to plunder ahead today by populating what info I can. Then I'll come back and fix the template, or hopefully work with one of you to get that to work properly!
