This is a helpful template block to COPY for a new citation <ref>{{minutes-cityplanning|ids=|documentid=|when=}}</ref> |
The city uses two different storage mechanisms to archive these minutes.
- The easier to use is only available for meetings from 2008, and is available here.
- The other goes back several decades, and is available here. This template supports both, and can do so simultaneously.
Parameters
when
The date of the meeting, required whichever archive you are referencing.
ids
Unfortunately, the two three archives use different IDs, so there is one parameter for each.
You are encouraged to supply more than one if available. If you cannot supply both, one of the three is required.
For these parameters use the bare number from the URL. E.g, if the url for the document you want is "http://www.charlottesville.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=14863", use 14863 for this parameter (documentid, in this case).
newid
This is the parameter for the recent system with the format http://www.charlottesville.org/home/showdocument?id={{{newid}}}
documentid
This is the parameter for the system with the format http://www.charlottesville.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid={{{documentid}}}
id
This is the parameter for the full archive with the format http://weblink.charlottesville.org/Public/DocView.aspx?id={{{id}}}
