Usage

Use this to create citations for meeting minutes from the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors.

The county uses two different storage mechanisms to archive these minutes.

• The easier to use is only available for meetings since 2005, and is available here.
• The Laserfiche Weblink system has minutes from 1921-2006, and is available here.

This template supports both, and can do so simultaneously.

Parameters

remember these are case sensitive:

• Required
  • url and
  • when, The date of the meeting, required whichever archive you are referencing.
• optionally takes, and will appear in this order following the link:
  • documentid (LaserFiche DocumentID)
  • accessdate (shows as "retrieved").
