PAC category

I've switched this to the extant "business associations" from the non-existent "political action committees". That gets it lined up under "advocacy groups". It's probably OK to add PAC back in as a separate new category, which should probably also be under "advocacy groups" and probably "government", but it needs definitions and probably a look through to see what other advocacy groups also qualify as PACs. -- B.S. I think that's a good addition, but this is in fact a registered PAC in Virginia, so I'll want to add that back --Bwheeler 22:42, 30 October 2009 (UTC)
