Ruth - We should get the names of the photographer in the photo descriptions of these images and ensure we have permission to use them. I wondered about that when I did it. The framed artwork which has the copyright by Betty Davis Via on it was very recently found in a closet at Jackson-Via. Betty Davis Via is no longer living so we cannot ask her about permissions. The photo is by Nancy Lambert and she has given permission for the photo to be used for non-commercial, educational, etc., purposes. How do we handle a photo of copyrighted material? -- RuthK 13:12, 29 January 2012 (EST)
