Initial draft

Added some basic info. I think 2011 was the last precinct adjustment in the city and I believe the 2008 participation levels caused the adjustment, but not sure. Some clarity and further history could be beneficial. I wonder if some active voter numbers could be useful as well.

Charlottesville Electoral Board - proposed precinct boundaries and change two polling places in 2023

I had planned to include a table showing the neighborhoods within the existing wards/precincts prior to 2023 "reprecincting" - unfortunately city property records website now only reflects the new precinct boundaries and polling places. If the "old" precinct boundaries and poling places are available somewhere, I would be interested. Jmh6d (talk) 18:21, 25 December 2022 (EST)
