Snowing in Space is a coffee-shop and company that specializes in cold-brewed coffee opened in 2017. [1]
In early 2020, the company announced it would reduce its retail hours to concentrate on its wholesale business. [2] The retail store closed soon after due to the economic slowdown.
However, Snowing in Space received $50,000 as part of the Albemarle County Lift Grants program to assist businesses in the wake of the COVID-19 Emergency. [3]
