Redevelopment
Work is underway to create plans to redevelop the site. A group of residents worked with the firm Grimm and Parker to present a plan for between 39 and 50 new units that would require the elimination of six existing units along Monticello Avenue. A site plan review conference will be held for this project on November 3, 2021. According to a report from CRHA Redevelopment Coordinator Brandon Collins, architects have suggested adding a fourth floor. The goal is to have an application ready for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for March 2022. [2]
