- Belmont Heights - Justin Shimp with Shimp Engineering P.C., on behalf of the owner Piedmont Realty Holdings III, LLC, has submitted a Final Site Plan for a mixed-use building with (11) residential units and (420) square feet of commercial space at 1000 Monticello Road. The development is referred to as Belmont Heights and received a Special Use Permit for increased density from City Council on August 15, 2022.[2]
