Ruth Dillon is a musician and academic that works as the Collections Manager at the University of Virginia's Music Library. She also serves as the music director and the worship leader of several big churches in Charlottesville and the surrounding areas, and works as a music educator focusing in multiple disciplines, including piano and theory (salvage) in English, French and Italian.
Dillon received her masters degree in piano with an emphasis in performance at Cairo conservatory of music in 1981. She has studied classical singing and performed with various bands. Her performances have been featured in several classical Egyptian and French TV shows, performing classical works by several well known composers.[1] References
