Robert Brandon Smith III, also known as RBS III, was an independent candidate for delegate for the 57th House District of the Virginia General Assembly in 2009. [1]
The production company Squid and Beard made a documentary of his campaign. [2]
Smith is a Belmont resident who has previously run unsuccessfully as a write-in candidate for City Council. [3].
