Otis L. Brown was Albemarle County Executive from April 1, 1965 to October 31, 1966.[1] Brown resigned his position as County Executive at age 32 to become director of the State Department of Welfare and Institutions. He also served as Albemarle's Director of Finance. During 1962-1965,
Brown was Assistant County Executive under M. Maupin Pence.[2]
