N&H Inc was a company that sought a rezoning in 1998 of 41 acres southwest of the interchange of Interstate 64 and Fifth Street Extended. The plans were for a series of service-related businesses. It had its first appearance before the Albemarle County Planning Commission in early April 1998. They were represented by attorney Cliff Hamner.
