History
Mikro Systems was founded in 2001 as an international high-technology manufacturing company. Mikro has committed itself to maintaining its employment and investments in Albemarle County. In 2012 the company was recognized by Albemarle County as one of four "Albemarle Entrepreneurs to Watch."[4]
