Out of order

Charlottesville City Council was presented with the results of a traffic survey conducted by the Virginia Highway Department. The project engineer, K.M. Wilkinson, had described the corner of Barracks Road and U.S. 29 as rural. Wood was present and interrupted to state that his service station did a lot of business. He was ruled out of order by Mayor Roscoe S. Adams. [2]
