Marcia Joseph is a landscape architect who served three terms as the At-Large Member of the Albemarle County Planning Commission.[1] In February 2013, she was named to serve on the Architectural Review Board.[2] In 2007, Joseph ran unsuccessfully for the Rivanna District seat on the Albemarle Board of Supervisors.[3]
In 2019, she was named to the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals. [4]
