There are six magisterial districts in Albemarle County used for electoral and other government representation.
Redistricting
Boundaries were changes in early 2011 as part of the redistricting process and the 2010 U.S. Census. [1] The U.S. Justice Department approved the new boundaries in July 2011. [2]
