Leadership Charlottesville was a development program operated by the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. The program was created in 1982 to help foster economic development in the community. Over 700 area citizens have graduated from the program. For many years, the program's main sponsor has been the United Way.

The project was put on hold during the pandemic and rebranded in 2022 as the Leaders Lab of Charlottesville.[1]
