- 1948 – Mincer's opens for business on the UVA Corner as Mincer's Humidor and was a tobacco shop. [1]
- 1976 – Charlottesville City Council adopts ordinance creating the Industrial Development Authority of Charlottesville, later to be renamed the Charlottesville Economic Development Authority. [2]
- 2021 – Charlottesville City Council approves design for Fontaine Avenue Streetscape which at the time had a $11.7 million budget. [3]
