Joshua Thorneburg

Joshua Throneburg, also know as Josh Throneburg, is an Albemarle County businessman who ran for election to the United States House to represent Virginia's 5th Congressional District‎. A member of the Democratic Part, he lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Throneburg graduated from Taylor University and attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary—northeast of Boston. [1]He and his wife own Nooks & Crannies, an eco-friendly cleaning business, and he is an ordained minister.

A former minister at an Evangelical Covenant Church in Massachusetts, Throneburg and his family moved to Charlottesville in 2019.

2022 election

Throneburg (Charlottesville-Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Virginia's 5th Congressional District. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
