Mr. Frydl graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Marketing in 1998. He has lived in the Charlottesville region since 1992. Mr. Frydl works as a technical sales and training manager for Mid-Atlantic Environmental Equipment, Inc., specializing in groundwater and soil remediation. He is one of the two representative from Greene County on the Rivanna River Basin Commission (RRBC).
