- 1905 – Supreme Court of Appeals denies a final request from J. Samuel McCue, a former Charlottesville Mayor convicted of murdering his wife [1]
- 2021 – University of Virginia Foundation unveils new name for North Fork - A UVa Discovery Park [2]
- 2022 – Associate University Planner Julia Monteith briefs the Charlottesville-Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Organization Policy Board on the progress of the Grounds Framework Plan. The firm Urban Strategies was hired to do some of the back ground work. The plan sought to implement some of the visions in the the Great and Good University Plan adopted in August 2019 as UVA's strategic plan. [3]
