The Ivy Mountain Master Plan is the University of Virginia's plan to redevelop property located east of the intersection of Route 29 and Route 250.[1]

The Kluge Children's Rehabilitation Center was formerly located on the site, which is on Ivy Road. The University Police Department and the Charlottesville-University of Virginia-Albemarle Emergency Communications Center are both currently located on the property.[1]

UVa hopes to move its orthopedic services from the Fontaine Research Park to a new center at the Ivy Mountain site.[1]

The UVa Board of Visitors approved the Ivy Mountain Master Plan in March 2017.[2]
