The Hartnagle-Witt House at 512-514 West Main Street is a contributing structure in the West Main Architectural Design Review District in Charlottesville. It is also the home of the Blue Moon Diner. Heirloom sought a demolition permit in late 2015 but were unsuccessful.  The Board of Architectural Review was not supportive.  The development is taking place without demolition.
