The Muse
On May 19, 1980, City Council held the first of two readings of a request from Cason and his brother Richard Cason to open an outdoor sidewalk cafe on the Downtown Mall for The Muse restaurant at 100 West Main Street. This provided a template for future requests. [2] Council unanimously approved the permit at their meeting on June 2, 1980. [3]
