The Fry's Spring Service Station refers to one of Charlottesville's individually protected properties, meaning any exterior changes or potential demolition would have to be approved by the Board of Architectural Review. The building is located at 2115 Jefferson Park Avenue. [1]

The service station opened in the 1930's and was first operated by Haynes L. Settle before ownership was transferred to the Houchens family. [2]
