The Extended Day Enrichment Program, or EDEP, is a program offered by Albemarle County Public Schools that includes the After-School Enrichment Program, the Inclement Weather Program, and the Student Holiday Program. Students participate in activities lead by teachers outside of normal school hours. All students from pre-K through 5th grade are eligible to participate, and more than 1,300 do.[1]

In August 2013, EDEP held an "Amazing Race" to challenge 20 of its new teachers to complete challenges across Charlottesville. Charlottesville Tomorrow was one of more than 10 stations along the race.
