Biographical Information

Ellen Moore Osborne is the Scottsville District representative on the Albemarle County School Board. She won election in November 2019 with 4,297 votes after running unopposed. [1]


Osborne is the executive director of Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville Albemarle. [2] [3]


On October 8, 2020, Osborne voted against a motion for Albemarle County Schools to begin in-person instruction for K-3 beginning on November 9, 2020 [4]
