Edward Strickler is Programs Coordinator at the Institute of Law, Psychiatry & Public Policy of the UVA School of Medicine.[1]
He was one of ten candidates for the interim position of Scottsville District Representative on the Albemarle Board of Supervisors following the resignation of Christopher Dumler in 2013. He ran as a Democrat, citing experience as a member of the Human Rights Study Task Force and the BF Yancey School Work Group, to which he was appointed by the Board of Supervisors. Strickler has also served as a member of the Virginia Human Rights Council and the Jefferson Area Board on Aging Advisory Council.[2]
