Frank Finger (April 16, 1915- 2003) was the Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of Virginia's Psychology Department from 1942 to 1985 and was also involved in various on-campus athletic departments.[1] In addition, Finger is depicted in a portrait by local artist Frances Brand, as a part of her "Firsts" collection.
