Dawn Howard is the airport manager of Louisa County Airport.

About
Howard was hired by Louisa County Airport in 1991 as a receptionist. Over the years she slowly rose in rank until she was appointed airport manager in 2004. In 2011 Howard was named Virginia's aviation manager of the year and in recognition of her service to the community was named as one of the Daily Progress Distinguished Dozen for 2011.[1]
