Country Green Cottages is a single-family 16 house community located in Albemarle County on Cottage Green Way (off Country Green Road) developed by Southern Development. [1] The project was originally proposed and subdivided by Dale Ludwig, who broke ground in March 2007 before transferring the property to Southern Development in 2009-11.[2][3]
