Community Climate Collaborative is a nonprofit group based in Charlottesville that promotes solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Programs

In the summer of 2020, they unveiled a report on the inequity of utility costs in Charlottesville. [1]

By the spring of 2021, C3 had delivered over 760 climate kits to elementary school students in Albemarle County. [2]


Green Business Alliance

On May 5, 2021, C3 announced the formation of the Green Business Alliance to promote swifter work to meet greenhouse reduction goals. Members include CFA Institute, Sentara Martha Jefferson, Tiger Fuel Company and Carter Myers Automotive. [3]
