Rename or kill

I'm judging by the definition, which I may have written, but I'd say this is more or less redundant with Category:Candidates for Albemarle County Supervisor; I just moved this to be a subcat, as members are a subset. But shouldn't this be "losing candidates ...", not "former candidates..." --B.S. Lawrence 18:20, 25 March 2011 (EDT)

I don't like 'losing' and prefer former. Once an election is over, a candidate that doesn't win is no longer a candidate, and is a former candidate. but I see your point. What about 'unsuccessful'? --Sean Tubbs 10:55, 28 March 2011 (EDT)
