Mountain View Elementary School is an Albemarle County public elementary school located near the Mill Creek neighborhood and Monticello High School. The school is part of the county's Southern Feeder Pattern. After graduating, students from Cale will enter either Burley Middle School or Walton Middle School and will graduate from Monticello High School. [1]

The school was renamed at the beginning of 2020.

A plan to relocate 5th graders to Walton Middle School had been floated for the 2021-2022 school year, but was later reconsidered. [2]
